Tariff
Prices vary between these below according to number of
people, time of year and length of stay.
Short breaks available from November to April and sometimes
at other times of year (school holidays generally excluded).
Great rates available on last minute availability.

Inclusives and Additional Charges
• Most heating is by storage heaters, the cost of
which is included in the rental charge as well as coals
and logs for the open fire (within reason).
• Cost of electricity is additional to the rental
charge and is calculated on a meter basis except for The
Studio where it is included in the rental charge. Electricity
costs generally cover cooking, sockets, hot water and
some small electric heaters.
• Sheets, pillowslips, towels, tea towels and toilet
rolls are to be provided by guests although sheets, pillowslips
and towels may be hired at an additional charge if requested
in advance of arrival.
• Laundry facilities with washing machines and tumble
dryers are available at a small additional charge.
• A drying room for walkers’ outdoor clothing
is available free of charge.
• Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available
free of charge but please request in advance of arrival.
